Health
We provide language access support, transportation, educational resources about health, and community health services to support holistic community health and well-being.
During the COVID-19 crisis, we have been providing masks, gloves, thermometers and other essential safety resources to community members.
We also identify nurses in our community with accreditation from other countries to serve as para-healthcare workers.

Education
We support English Language Learning families in navigating our school enrollment system. We aim to remove application and registration barriers through advocacy for undocumented students in the New Orleans public school system, educating them about their rights as students, and helping families choose the best education options available in the Pre-K-12 system. We also organize campaigns to fight injustice in our community’s schools.

Civic
We help our community members navigate unfamiliar civic and legal systems, and empower them to participate in political processes. We create legal folders for community members to be able to best prepare their immigration cases, and to interface with attorneys and court system. We also provide support, guidance and advocacy to domestic violence survivors, work with community members on citizenship pathways, and educate community members to be best equipped to get legal support and know their rights.

Culture
The goal of our cultural organizing is to empower young people in our community through pride in their cultural roots and knowledge of their ancestral gifts. Together, we educate ourselves and build programs that share our stories and our excellence.
